Research:

I recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a Master´s degree in biology. My thesis work in Leslie Rissler´s lab focused on resolving taxonomic controversy and reconstructing the evolutionary history of Rana sphenocephala. I am currently working as a junior research specialist on the Turtles of the World project in Brad Shaffer´s lab at the University of California - Davis. My research interests center around amphibian phylogeography, phylogenetics, and landscape genetics, particularly in the Southeast U.S. and California.
